£40 bowl comp at Gala. We're 8 handed and have played one orbit, I've shoved 3/9 hands with no call so hovering around 65k. Couple stacks <50k, most at us at 60-80 and one (villain) with 120k.

Blinds 2k/4k/400

We're UTG with

We make it 8k to go, 2 tightish players call. Villain (Spencer - Thinking aggro player) tanks for 90 seconds+, checks out stacks and peels from sb.

Flop:   two hearts

Because spence has tanked for so long I forget that I have   and don't want to double check as it basically gives my hand away if I check and shove. Checks around.

Turn:

Spence shoves, covering all.

You?

This to me felt like a real tough spot, it's probably super standard but thought I'd check.

Flame away, in b4 pleno fold pre  Grin

I think there are three key issues here, one not highlighted, and two are.
1) Some idea of payouts/icm factors would be nice.
2) Is the fact he has a decent chiplead, does this a) mean he is more likely to shove or more likely to protect his stack? This is a large factor if he has for example, what does he do here? This is very difficult to tell through a forum post, but you could easily have a good idea.
3) Pleno thing = lol

This is pretty puke against Spencer. Im probably gonna fold.

Check your hand on the flop ffs, you do realise you're in Gala right? Nobody will even notice that

Final table decisions generally rely a lot on the payout places

Are you ITM yet? Is 'all the money' up top?

You've jammed 3/9 not been looked up and you have AQ with 16bb 8 handed.

Just jam this one as well and get looked up light and if it gets through that's still a good result adding 10k to your stack.

As played there's ~40k money in the middle and you have ~55k behind, just jam here.

Board: two hearts
Dead:

   equity    win    tie          pots won    pots tied
Hand 0:    42.226%     42.13%    00.09%             18771           40.50   { AhQs }
Hand 1:    57.774%     57.68%    00.09%             25698           40.50   { 99, 22, AcJc, AdJd, AsJs, KhQh, KcJc, KdJd, KsJs, QcJc, QdJd, QsJs, QhTh, JcTc, JdTd, JsTs, Th8h, 8h7h, 7h6h, 6h5h, AJo, KJo, QJo }

Quick stove and you have 42% against that calling range on the flop anyway

15bbs? Jam pre. Everyone peels when we min raise, we can be unbalanced and min raise AA out of a bowl amount of bbs because everyone will play bad and not notice. Lol galaments.

Also, nobody looks at that sort of stuff, especially at Gala. It's literally full of punters, they're are all going to be making massive stack size errors (like peeling out of <15bbs). Check your hand or remember it pre.
