The properties were only around  $400 -500k each , even though they were bought for around $1 mill each. Just type the property addresses into Google  

He has got off with a near miracle if they originally wanted $40+ millon , as this settlement appears to be absolutely nowhere  near that

Will he still be left with millions then. In my experience when the accused agrees a settlement figure under the proceeds of crime then they still have plenty tucked away.

I would say so, especially if he suddenly appears playing in the high stakes games at The Poker King club in Macau
