Depending on the property values then it sounds like he's settling for somewhere south of 50% right?

The properties were only around  $400 -500k each , even though they were bought for around $1 mill each. Just type the property addresses into Google  Smiley

He has got off with a near miracle if they originally wanted $40+ millon , as this settlement appears to be absolutely nowhere  near that

Will he still be left with millions then. In my experience when the accused agrees a settlement figure under the proceeds of crime then they still have plenty tucked away.

I sat next to him at the WSOPE a few years ago.

He was betting 100k per match on the NFL.

Doubt this settlement is more than a drop in the ocean to him
