The Setup: 10r Mini FTOPS, 70 off the money, average stack is 30k (50 bigs)
Info: Villain has been at the table <4 orbits, he has a gold FTOPS jersey avatar (I mean who hasn't, you know what I mean), only hand I recall involving him is when I min-raised (at this blind level) utg+1 with JJ, he flatted SB, the BB piled for 15BB I flatted and he passed. FWIW in the hand below after his bet and before i hit timebank on the river he typed 'i'm not bluffing' into the chatbox.

The Post-mortem: I know revealing results before some discussion is frowned upon, but thought overall, rather than street by street analysis, was better here. I don't play many tournaments and apologise if this hand is relatively trivial to those of you that do (but hey this is PHA after all). But some questions:
1) As played is river fold standard?
2) If not, where did I go wrong?
3) Raise pre?
4) He bets 40-45% of pot on flop/turn then bets 90% on the river. From what I know of population tendencies (current buzzphrase on PHA no?) this usually indicates draw/weak, draw/weak, hit or ditto, ditto, miss.
Edit: In game it felt very much like his river sizing was an obv value bet.
