The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Was getting better thanks - but I've hurt it again (not as bad though) - got a knee brace to stop me stupidly twisting it and agravating the injury, so am able to get about. 6 hours at the poker table last night didn't help though... the knee seemed to seize up after sitting for a while, then I'd have to move to let people in/out - OWW!!

Still the money I won more than covered the brace

Thank you for the kind words Tank, i am wondering however when we crossed swords and had a heated exchange of words?

We haven't don't worry.
Ironside widened the thread to those that you had taken a contrary stance in a debate with and that's why I threw a monkey in there.

In fact I feel the same as yourself, I don't really think I've ever had a "heated" exchange with anyone on here.

It was a good idea of Ironsides this thread, the forum was going in a bad direction of late and we maybe all need a little hippy nonsense every now and then to counteract all the bad vibes man.

Barsteward...  Grin

Played a lot better last night - still guilty of looking to play any 2 cards - but some good calls &  laydowns and a wee 4th made some much needed cash.
