Like the flat pre - I would occasionally 3bet this too but not every single time.

Flop: I think your check/raise needs to be slightly bigger, maybe like $1.20ish.

Turn: We've c/r the flop, therefore I think we should bet the turn.

River: As played, c/f is okay. If we bet the turn instead of c/c, I think it's still going to be a c/f almost all of the time otr.

Just looking back over this hand. I'm not keen on when people leave very little advice without saying why so no idea why i did it in my earlier post, apologies.

When it comes to the turn we need to look at what sort of range the opponent calls the small flop raise with then look at what those hands do on the turn. A lot of that range is going to check back the turn but will probably call a turn bet, especially now that they could have picked up a draw with whatever they had on the flop. So we are missing value on the turn and potentially giving them a free card, so yeah its a turn bet for value and protection for me. Its probably a bet/fold.

Once a thing's been done, it's been done. So why all this nostalgia? I mean, for the 60s and 70s, you know, looking backwards for inspiration, copying the past. How's that rock 'n' roll? Do something of your own. Start something new. Live your life now.
