$2-5 NL Live hand

Game is a relatively soft $2-5 game at the Hard Rock in South Florida. I have played about ten hours with the villain over the last few days and he has seen me run a few bluffs and raise a lot of pots. I have also just lost a $1500 pot where I shoved with a flush draw and top pair so he almost certainly sees me as very aggressive and capable of making moves but I am not totally sure whether or not he is capable of making moves without the goods and I suppose that is the essence of the hand. we are both playing about $500
I open up from middle position with AJdd to $20. The button who is very loose and bad calls and then the villain raises to $75 from the big blind. From his body language I expect the button to fold now so call. Thoughts?
Flop comes J74 two spades. Villain checks and I bet $75 (thoughts on sizing? Should I ever check back here?) Villain then raises to $150. Given the history is he betting worse jacks, flush draws, air etc often enough for me to get it in here or is it a fairly straightforward fold?

Folding pre 100bb deep, he knows he has a weaker player behind and is still 3betting oop. Not a great spot to bluff. Also, having the button in would make me a lot more inclined to peel.
On the flop I genuinely have no clue what he has, games tend to have trends that develop through the regulars. I played £1/2 in Sheffield recently and saw infinite limp/reraises but I rarely see them at Teesside because the regulars never do it. I think I fold but would like to look him in the eyes.

Fold pre. I wouldn't call pre here unless i was comfortable getting it in v villain on a J or ace high flop.
On the flop because of the raise size in my experience unless the player is very good he pretty much always has you beat, hardly ever has a draw and hardly ever has a bluff. The only thing that might stop me folding is some live players might raise here with say 1010, 99, kj to find out where they are.
