Opponent is a regular 10 nl multi tabler. He's generally pretty solid. Though sometimes he misses out on value by slow playing hands let sets. He play's them so slow it's unreal. I don't think he has a set here.

He opens 4x UTG+1 to 40p.

I have  OTB, I have £24.08 behind, villain had £19.60

It folds round to me, I call. Maybe this should be a 3 bet? Think I was happy seeing a flop in position, with a nut making hand.

Villian leads for £0.71. Pot is now £1.66. I re raise £1.90(pot £3.56)

Villian 4 bets to £4.75 pot is  £8.31.

What's the best move here?

I don't think you should raise the flop to be honest, it opens us up to 4-bets which happens but also makes him fold all his bluffs, he's never going to fold Qx here so were just getting him to fold really bad hands when raising; our perfect spot is obviously if he's doing this with like  which is awesome. As played this is just me but think we have to go with it now call his 4-bet and bink the  on the turn.

As played I think the best line is just to jam, he shouldn't have a set here ever or 2 pair (based on how he plays these type of hands). If he does I atleast have outs.

I think pre-flop is close, I don't really like calling here personally against described villain. We will be dominated a lot and often flop second best hands. 3B will be okay I guess, depending on how he will perceive our raise and what hands he is likely to continue with.

Once we call and see the flop I think we should be flat calling his Cbet. I do not expect him to fold many hands that are beating us if we raise, and we can always try and take the pot away if he checks the turn.

Once we raise and get 3B on the flop it gets really awkward. I don't know how often he will fold AQ, KQ, AA, KK to a 4B shove. Of course you are in a world of shit if he has 66, 77, QQ. However he could get it in with  , etc.

On the flop it is pretty messy I've been 4 bet.

I was really just trying to build a pot for when I hit, or he could have folded and I still win.

Calling just seems a bit passive.

200bb deep this is not a loose call on the BTN. I would flat any suited ace here as well as a bunch over other random suited hands. Post flop I don't really see a reason to bloat the pot with a hand like you have. You have position and great equity. I am really not happy getting it in vs his range here even if it does include the odd worse flush draw. Just call and play your position. I also think given the flop is Qxx and there are typically a lot of Qx hands in peoples flat calling range pre flop I would again be more inclined to call as you are never really happy stacking top pair hand in this spot.
