Anybody ever taken out this sort of legal action?

Recommended law firm?

Perhaps more importantly, firms to avoid?

be warned you have to take action within 3 years of the event else most wont take it.

go nwnf and see if they'll take the case - if they do, pay a lawyer/firm not nwnf.

nwnf is just a quick and brutal 'how good is my case' reality check as the nwnf people won't take it without a pretty good shot of winning.
