If you're interested in this topic in general I can give you loads of links (some of which are Wikipedia articles Wink) and books to read when I'm not on phone.

I'm a bit of a nerd for this psychology/behavioural economics stuff particularly about heuristics and biases and judgement under uncertainty Wink
