2. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION - I enclose the following information to support this application:
a) A clear photocopy of my government issued photo ID (front and back) - Passport, Country Card or Driver“s License.
b) A clear photocopy of my most recent utility bill (telephone, gas, water etc.) showing my name, address and statement date (no older
than 3 months).
c) A clear photocopy of the front of the following credit/debit card(s):
******
******
******
d) A clear photocopy of the most recent credit/debit card statement (not older than 3 months), for each card listed above showing
name, address, statement date and credit/debit card number (with only the first 6 and the last 4 numbers visible).
Please note:If you only receive online bank statements you are welcome to send a screen shot of your statement, ensuring the card
number, your current address, your name and a recent date are clearly visible. The image taken must be of the entire screen as the
URL (the address of a web page on the internet) must be visible.

Above is all the info/docs they wanted.
As I use a debit card I sent a copy of my last bank statement with name, address date, IBAN etc and showed the pokerstars deposit, utility bill DD but covered up other transactions (as none of their business)

Got a reply back stating they want a card monthly statement- err yeah right then, this is a debit card- and they insist I send a full statement sheet!!!

Absolute fucking joke. I barely play there nowadays, if they give me my money back they can close the account.

Re statement details.  Tell them that under data protection principles they should not be collecting excessive information and ask for your case to be referred to a manager.  Also state that you will complain to the IoM regulator and the Information Commissioner about the loss of documents provided and the excessive requirements.

They want you to send your bank statement every month with all transactions visible?  This is an outrage if they are withholding your money.  Time to complain to regulator.

I rarely play there but I'm going to close my account now based on this.

After winning the big $22 ($13,800) I went to withdraw $12,000 with them asking for me to provide loads of id etc...2 weeks it took for me to have the money withdrawn....they told me that they have to do these checks incase of collision etc.....kind of funny how you could cheat in a tourney with 5000 runners
