Help.

1. When I plug a Samsung into my laptop via USB it just Charges the Phone and doesn't register on the Laptop? . I want to be able to take Photographs off of it and add music.

2, I plug a Ipad 2 into the same Laptop and I doesn't register it.?? Same I want to add music?

Please help.

Sounds like a problem with your USB ports.

Try plugging the same devices into another computer. Are they recognised on there?
