Hello,

I'm not trying to convince you of anything, to be truthful,it takes as long as it takes,  you will just have to wait.If you dont like that, feel free to play elsewhere
After that you can choose to do what ever you want, we will be happy to see you play with us again.

Sincerely,

lmao

She was probably having a bad day. Perhaps she's in the wrong job. At least she speaks English so they have one-up on Party Poker's support.

I remember changing trains once (I think it was in Preston) and went into the pub/sandwich shop between the platforms for a bevvy, and perhaps a wee nibble aswell.

Whilst waiting at the bar, I noticed a blackboard advertising toasties. A lady in her late 20s/early 30s came behind the counter and asked me what I wanted. I ordered a pint (shokeroonie) and whilst she was pouring it, I enquired as to what flavour of toasties they did.

She shot me a dirty look and said quite angrily....

"There's just the two of us on today, how do you expect me to make toasties!"

She muttered "Idiot" under her breath and plopped the pint down on the bar, spilling some of it in the process.

I remember feeling sorry for her. How bad a day must she have been having to give service this bad?

I almost felt like it was my responsibility to schedule the right amount of staff that day and that I had somehow let it slip my mind.

I nearly gave her a hand wiping the tables. Thankfully I thought better of it, don't think that would not have gone down well.
