The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

My understanding is that a new deck had just been introduced so likely a manufacturing fault rather then anything more sinister. Not ideal but i'm sure all of them have played enough hands to know it can happen and how its dealt with and all seemed to move on without much fuss. My only surprise is that nobody insta spotted it when it flopped.

I'm almost certain Polk knew. Look at him blink several times when he sees the flop. Then he seems to rake the pot extra quick + plus the surprise when he is told he has to give the pot back looks extremely fake to me.

I wouldn't say I was almost certain though, as I could just have made a bad read.

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

Surely he'd ask to see evidence if he didn't?

I'm with Camel. Completely implausible that no one noticed. It's also fortunate that Officer Siever was there to clarify the rule.
