Trivia question

Got forwarded this today at work and spent hours trying to get it. Colleague got it in about 15 mins. Some of you may have seen it already but most probably haven't. Any ideas?


A and B are 2 footballers who were team mates for club X sometime after 2000.

Both then left, A went to club Y and won the league, B went to club Z and also won the league. Y and Z are rival clubs.

A and B then reunited at club W before A returned to play for club X.

A and B have both won the Champion's League.

Name A, B, W, X, Y and Z.

Yeh Horsie pretty much nailed it. Like you chaps, I went down the PL route and was stumped. My fashionista colleague who mainly watches Spanish football got it pretty sharpish.
