would be cool to watch a streamed home game of some sickos playing 500/1k rake free, rules are pretty wide for where this crosses the line

"Persons under 18 are allowed to participate in poker that is played at home"
Not much surprises me these days. But was pretty shocked at that line.

Why on earth would you be shocked at that?

They mean
for money
. If it doesn't involve gambling, it can't really fall within their jurisdiction, can it?

Do they?
Why isn't that specified, when the whole segment is about gambling at home?

Definition of gambling involves risk and monetary gain. If you're all playing with Nanny Ada's jar of coppers, given she counts them back into the jar of Bell's on your way out, you could be any age to play.
That's my reading of it, anyway. Happy to be wrong. Never get me gambling. Whatever I do, there's no hope of monetary gain.
