Aussie Millions Thread

Epic slowroll.
Looking forward to the final table too, I sat next to Ari Engel at a plo8 event in London with no idea of his history. Seemed a real nice fella. He is also a fellow NLO8 hyper enthusiast and we always need a bit of liquidity.
Love Kiity Kuo's tweets even if I have never met her.
Final table
1 Dylan Honeyman Australia 885,000
2 Alexander Lynskey Australia 2,390,000
3 Tony Dunst United States 5,990,000
4 Samantha Abernathy United States 2,485,000
5 Ari Engel Canada 8,155,000
6 Kitty Kuo Taiwan 1,005,000
7 John Apostolidis Australia 960,000
I really should have made it down to the Aussie Millions by now.

Played one of the Nugget $1k events with him, and he is a really nice guy.
Tony Dunst always comes across as a nice fella, and his blog used to be really good back in the day.
Cos says that Kitty is abs mental, but very funny.

I never said mental!
She's like a cartoon character though.
I spoke to her today in fact because I organised a room for a friend of hers and she said, 'thanks you are the best, when I see you i buy you nice dinner and sign your clothes'

Jasom Somerville twitching final table live at 2am here

Jason is good for those that haven't watched him on twitch. It didn't dawn on me that it was him on the commentary on the slowroll above.
Way past my bedtime tho

Looking forward to this, fits in nicely with my night schedule.
Rooting for Kitty Kuo to get back into it, I think she's brilliant.
I remember some hype about Sam Abernathy a couple of years ago when she won 5 Las Vegas daily comps in a week or something, honestly dismissed her as just a pretty face with a week's worth of run good in 50 player fields. But she seems to be playing well and I might have to eat my words tonight.
I wonder if Liv Boeree has a little Sam Abernathy shaped voodoo doll out, seeing as there's a hotter, younger female on the scene now that might win more than one comp in 7 years.

Ari won in the end. The nutter was sat waiting to play big O8 hypers last night, proper fanboy.
The 250k is live now. Phil Ivey, Ike Haxton and Timex 3 handed right now. Daniel Negreanu just gone. Edit, meh was last year's tournament!
