Can i still reject my car?

I bought a car in September. Soon after i started having problems with the car randomly discharging the battery overnight. Eventually, had the battery replaced (along with the power steering pump) under warranty by the dealer. All's been fine till this week when it has started doing it again. Now the warranty expired in Dec but this problem was acknowledged whilst it was under warranty. TBH, the dealer had no qualms fixing stuff but I don't want to keep driving down to Maldon, Essex from Suffolk whilst he tries to repair the car and I'd rather just give it back and get my money back.

Doubt that you can "reject" it.  Did they check the alternator?  Much more likely that the battery is just never charging fully than another battery is duff imo.

Seems the answer is yes in the first 6 months, but you have to give the dealer chance to fix it.
