Does anyone know if you can qualify for the WSOP online. I’m not talking about the main event, I know there will be thousands of these going on.

 I’m more interested in the other events running, Like the $1500 freeze and such. I think if I won a main event seat I would ask to swap it to play more tournaments that week $1500 $1000, and so on.

Has anyone ever heard of satellites online to these events ?

Yep, Prima are doing the Ladies $1,000 NL holdem, $2,500 6-handed NL holdem, $3,000 Omaha H/L, $5,000 Seven Card Stud and the $1,500 Limit Holdem Shootout, in addition to the main event.

They're also doing a Golden Ticket style prize to win entry into every single WSOP event this year ($130,000 worth).
