Has anyone read 'The Making of a POKER PLAYER' by Matt Matros?

I have an old school friend who has a massive book collection. As he also loves poker, he has acumulated an impressive selection of poker books,

Anyway today I borrowed this from him. He had recomended the section on Heads-Up as I am completelly crap in this area and generally play like a monkey. So far this seems like a really good book. What do other people think?

Talking of Heads-Up play. I have been watching the Heads-Up games on pokerstars over the last few weeks. I am amazed at how rude spectators are to the team pokerstars players. One that sticks in my mind was Joe Hatchem. People were showing him no respect. He is a W.S.O.P champ, he deserves the respect he has earned. Also Evelyn Ng(sp?) was been verbally abused by the morons watching. I would never dream of being rude to two players playing a H-U game. Why don't pokerstars throw these players out of that particular game?. They were warned but not thrown out.

for me the key to heads up is get your chips i n early and be prepared to fold even in large pots if you have an inclination you have been trapped.

I think fortune favours the brave but their is a difference between being brave and stupid.
