Dont get me wrong Tony i dont feel hard done by (much lol) i wasnt the only person affected adn it seems the vast majority were so therefore i cannot go off screaming about it. Just weird how some stayed and cold see there was a problem. I for one can appreciate how things can go wrong in running comps.

I got multi-called when I raised with AQ by Bounty Hunters, & someone with 8-6 or similar caught his 6 - good luck to him/her.

28th in the end I think, but a bit more respectable than last month!

Mr Odds will call me tomorrow & we will come up with some sort of idea to make up for tonight's problems.

Unfortunately due to the system failures tonight, i never got a chance to play against you, or get to final table

I was sitting 2nd with 6.5k and when i got back 35 mins later i was down to 3k

with 3 chip stealers on my table it was impossible to get back, and my 2pair were beaten by a flush

I hope some sort of refund/compensation will be paid, as im a regular player on SO and i cant take rubbish servers anymore!

I have spoken to the SO Suits tonight, & thery will make a decision about this on Tuesday. But what I said in the thread stands. If anyone thinks they have been done, they will get their dosh back, or a replacement Tourney.

Boss seems to be a problem - I remember problems on The Blond Virgin freeroll and obviously there was the fiasco last week on SO when Rob Yong couldnt get back in.

Gotta say in a saturated market - reliability is everything.  I play 90% + of my poker at Pokerstars and to date it has been touch wood perfectly reliable (although not necessarily in the beats!!)

Yes, with the Rob Yong problem last Monday, & the problem  last night, the IT Gods have been a bit cruel in the last week.

As to last night, the official position is that if anyone feels they are entitled to a refund, a refund will be arranged. Just PM me your Alias, & I will pass it to SO.com, & they will credit you your entry fee.

The software eventually settled down, & the comp ran for four & a half hours, so it's hard to justify running the whole thing again as a freebie.

There will be another tikay Tourney, too - March 27th, and the more tolerant amongst you may wish to join me that night, though I'm sure many of you will vote with your feet. That's the beauty of freedom of choice!
