Scott Fischman is writting a book at the moment.  I read in an interview that a large part of it will focus on STT and playing online.

Not sure when it comes out or even if it has been released since reading the interview.

Good luck

Sit and go power tools is probably the best written piece on how to play them properly, see: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=4672633&an=0&page=0
