This made me chucle, when my mistake was pointed out to me.

Anyway my dog was in the ver yesterday for a small operation, he had a couple of wards removed from his ear that where really causing him problems.  He was fine yesterday if not a little drowsy.

Anyway this morning or afternoon when I woke up I realised he had been scratching his ear and had burst two of his stitches and there was a bit of blood.  I cleaned him up and bathed it in salt water and I gave my Ma a call at work to see if there was anything else I should do.  She said there is vream in one of the drawers in the kitche called Neo-sporran ( I never heard that today)  Anyway I looks through the drawers and finds cream of some sort I reads part of the tube  FAST, soothing relief from pain, itching and discomfort ....... with local anaesthetic

Eureka I think and appys it to the dogs ear.  For the past few hours he ain't scratched the ear and seemed ok.  Then about 15 mins ago my Ma decides she is going to bathe the poor dogs ear again and says where did you put that cream so I goes and gets it.

She points out that I put on Germoloids - cream for piles!!

See the bit above : FAST, soothing relief from pain, itching and discomfort .......   (I missed out the last bit) of Haemorrhoids!

The poor dog.

Haemorrhoid ointment shrinks haemorrhoids - is your dogs ear the same size as the other one still?
