I am trying to cash out of VC poker.  As I had previously deposited using my bank card, I had to deposit the minimum amount using my neteller before I could do this.

I was wondering what is the minimum amount of time that I have to wait.  I deposited with neteller about 20 minutes ago, can I now cash out straight away?   My account is already credited with the neteller deposit that I put in this morning.

I tried to get hold of the Live Chat, but there is no reply

thanks

As soon as the funds come through from neteller, you can withdraw using it. So go ahead and get your dosh  Cheesy

It normaly takes about a week between me withdrawing funds from NeTeller and the funds being cleared into my UK bank account.
I do one withdrawl at the end of each month and although they say it take 3-5 working days it always seems to be more like 5-6 days for me.

NeTeller is a great service though, especialy if your\'e like me and have a million different poker site accounts (for bonuses/rakeback etc.)

Ok I get that you were probably talking about withdrawing from the poker site rather than withdrawing from NeTeller.

You\'ll have to withdraw from NeTeller eventualy though so you might want to register your bank account with them now.
What happens is they depost like $1.19 or some random cents to your bank account, then you use this amount to verify that the account is yours. This can take quite a few days so best to do it in advance.

Cashouts to bank account are $1 I think, and seem to be the best way to cash out.

good luck.

That was a big waste of time depositing using neteller.  I tried to withdraw, it told me that I was only able to cash out what I had deposited with the neteller account.  I contacted Live Chat, the bloke there said that I could do it to my bank card.  Earlier another VC person told me I would have to deposit using neteller.  Very mixed up answers.

It seems to be through now though to my bank card.

I have 27,000 Action Points still in my account at VC.  I have been planning on getting rid of the account for ages now as I get good rakeback at Betfair the site I mostly play at, and Blonde is the only other site I play at now.  Matt's advice about picking one site and sticking to it is smart advice.

Can you still use the Action Points even if there is no cash in the account on Tribecca?   I may use them for freerolls if that is the case.

I haven't been in a situation with an empty account wanting to play freerolls on Tribeca but I am 95% sure that you would still be able to use them as on most other sites.

Yes you can, I have a redundant VC account with shed loads of AP's. My flatmate uses them occaisonally to play freerolls.

I have about 12 empty Tribecca accounts with APs.
The freerolls tend to be garbage though dont you find, the blinds go up every 0.5 seconds and there 100,000,000,000 people for a first prize of one cent..... that kinda thing.
But yeah... you can still use them if you have no cash in your account.

Sark,

VC has a policy of insisting on you cashing out at least the minimum of your (largest?) deposit, via the method you deposited.

So, if you originally deposited via credit/debit card, they may insist that you cash out the amount that you initially deposited back to the card. Anything over and above that however can be cashed out via any other method you like.

---

E. G. This might be similar to the problem you're facing:

Say for example that you deposit $200 via debit card, and win $300 at the tables. Now you want to cash out your $500 to Neteller instead, and make a minimum $10 deposit via Neteller (giving you $510 in your account.)

The problem would be that your initial $200 deposit was via a debit card, so VC would insist that at least $200 of your withdrawal would have to go back to the card.

Once you have withdrawn the first $200 back to the debit card, you would be left with $310 in your account; you would be free to withdraw that using any means you like, including Neteller.

---

That's my understanding of the way the cashouts work.

It's basically in place to prevent fraud, so that people can't stick a load of money in via Neteller and then freely cash it out to a card without playing it first; the reverse is also true though; if you deposit $200 via Neteller, you can't then immediately withdraw it via debit card - only back to Neteller.

Thanks mate.  I think ( I hope ) it is all sorted now.  Whenever I try to cash out of pokersites I always seem to have problems.  I always run into barriers, however I have found that these simple words always seem to speed up the process for me " I never have this problem with pokerstars".  It is true, pokerstars are so easy to deal with and efficient.  If I am getting messed about, I find the pokerstars comment seems to make the person I am dealing with pick up their helpfullness level by about 10000%.  It's great what a little competition does to improve customer service.

That will probably be because on stars you have to cashout using the method you used to deposit!

I ran into that one on Stars because I changed my Neteller acct. no. when I switched from £s to $s... and when I went to cash out, I found they wanted to automatically cash it back to the old (now cancelled) £ acct.

However, one minimum deposit with the new $ Neteller acct. and one email to Stars support sorted it out just fine.
