I just don't get it supposed to be easy they say, I had the stuff here now for 2 weeks and I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing.

So i phone the tech helpdesk, they are based in India somewhere all they guy keeps saying is "Mr Garee, I understand your problem Mr Garee just be with me I be right back"  hangs up on me, i phone back hold for another 20 odd minutes and I'm sure I get the same wee dude its like groundhog day!!

Anyway, anyone have and ideas on how to set this up?  I tried the instructions but that doesn't seem to work,  the laptop is wireless enabled so that means I don't need any add ons right?

Arrrrrrghhhhhhhh - I give up.

Is the wireless network already setup and working and you want to add the new laptop to it, or are you creating an entirely new network?
