I'm looking to qualify for the EPT again. I'd rather do this at blonde if possible, but there are no qualifiers in place on tribeca - at least not on blonde/bowmans anyway.

So, why are there no qualifiers? And can something be done about this. Seems all tribeca care about are $18 rebey fests to next years WSOP!

Looks like its back to Littlewoods to try to qualify. And they've gotten rid of the SIXPAK format that proved popular with me last time.

Hi

I think this is a good point. I will have a word with tribeca and will see if there are any planned in the coming months, though I do think the pokerface 2007 tournament is the best value tourney on the web...which is only available on tribeca  Cool Cool

I will get back to you!!

Would it not be to do with the sponsors of the EPT?

Cryptologic dont sponsor the EPT yet they run satellites. I think betfair do as well, amongst others.

Good question Mikky.

Once Kev and I decide which comps we will be running satellites for we will put up a full list.

At the moment the reason tribeca haven't is because these are all PokerStars sponsored events.  The EPT at the Vic had satellites running to it on Blue Sq. poker. I will continue to press this issue as I believe that we should offer these to our players. I firmly believe that with the USA situation that all European events will grow and we need to be ensuring players should qualify through tribeca.

tribeca are however running sats to the Aussie Millions, WPT, WSOP  Pokerface 2007.

WPT is sponsored by someone else.

WSOP is sponsored by someone else, PokerStars in fact.

What makes the EPT any different? If Cryptologic can run Sats, Tribeca can too. What makes the WSOP so special, another stars sponsored event?

Like I said I agree with you which is why I am pushing for these sats.
