I just don't know what I'm doing when I hit the front. I try to steal blinds, I hit resistance. I make aggressive stabs at small pots, I hit resistance. I sit tight and get blinded away then run into AA with QQ.

Someone please help. Please. Please. I need to convert some of these into wins!

You've got to pick your spots carefully. Target people who aren't playing a lot of pots as they will be the tighter players. Find those who simply want to climb up the prize ladder and get aggressive on their blinds in unraised pots. Try and bully those with a shorter stack rather than people who can call and have enough chips to play post flop. The key is not to get into big pots unless you are holding the nuts. Much more profitable to play more but smaller pots.

I dont put to much emphasis on trying to bully with a big stack in a multi, i just carry on playing hand by hand with out thinking too heavily about whether or not i should be in more pots, over raisng more, trying to dominate and dictating the dynamic of the table, you have the potential to get yourself in all sorts of trouble.

Oppoutunities will present themselfs to take advantage of the weaker players and smaller stacks but you shouldn't try and manufacture these situations base soley on your stack.

Ive noticed that one of the main problems i see inexperienced big stacks making for themselfs is over playing marginal hands, I think if you start playing hands based upon your chip stack as opposed to all the attributes that got you the stack in the first place you lose your edge.

That being said i also like to get all my chips in preflop against another big stack whilst holding an underpair without thinking twice Roll Eyes sigh!!

When you do find a spot you like, bet less.

Bets carry more power when you're sitting behind a mountain of chups. A smaller bet on the flop and/or turn carries with it the threat of a much larger one on the turn and/or river.
