I've narrowed it down to three folks. I have to warn you get some tissues.
There wont be a dry eye in the house after this lot.  Cheesy

First up Celtic v Liverpool 2003 UEFA Cup 1/4 final. We were backed up by Gerry Marsden
and a few thousannd scousers on this one.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdOYQcJvTj4&mode=related&search=YNWA%20Celtic%20Liverpool

Next Celtic V Barcelona UEFA cup 'Round of the last 16' 2004.This was sung on the day of the Madrid bombings

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8cffEaZGh0

Or lastly, Tribute to Jimmy Johnstone sung after we lifted the 2006 League Cup at Hampden. Quality not the best
but you can hear the emotion. Sad

 Cheesy

barcelona game by a mile..... i was at that game and the jinky one.  while the jinky one was very emotional, more so when they went right into his "dirty old town" song....the barcelona game for pure volume and passion was unbelievabe..you could even see their players and officials gazing round in amazement..every single person in the ground was giving it 100%

Liverpool v AC Milan - Half time in the Atatürk Stadium, Champions League Final May 25 2005.

Never heard it sung so well, and with such feeling.

Although the UEFA cup game between Liverpool and Celtis, with Gerry Marsden leading the way is up there as one of the best.

Although I don't care much for Scottish footy, Celtic have always been my team of choice North of the border.  Probably because of the Dalglish connection.

I must admit, it was pretty special when we played Celtic in the UEFA cup and You'll Never Walk Alone was being belted out by everyone in the crowd.  Very special.

Shame the Hoops went on to win...  Cry

I couldn't make it to the game (just bought a car, and couldn't afford it), but my brother was there.  Spoke to him at half time, and he said it was the worst day of his life.  While I was one the phone, YNWA started to be sung, and after a minute or two I could no longer hear him!  I think the fans were desperate not to see Liverpool get hammered by the biggest ever score in the European Cup final.  Don't think any really believed we could win it. Although saying that, a friend put a bet on Liverpool to win at half-time.  He got 300/1!!

When I spoke to my brother after Smicer's goal that made it 3-2 he was obviously a lot happier, and there was a belief we could win it.  When Alonso equalised, well it didn't matter what happened after that!

The greatest football match ever (that I've seen), and the rendition of YNWA brought tears to my eyes.

The best football song - bar none.

Has to be the Barcelona game for me.  I was at all 3 games listed and thought that was the best.

TBH I am not a fan of the song, but there is something about it being sung at CP on a big European game that makes the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.

One other game where it was immense was the 6 - 2 game against THEM  Cheesy the half time rendition of that and Roll With It was amazing.

guys tbh any rendition of ynwa is memorable, however i always prefer it when ( i know it doesnt happen often) we are getting beat.
there is something about the in yer face show of defiance that stirs me more than a celabratory slap on the back because we are winning against a team that (9 times out of ten) shouldnt even be on the same pitch as US.

there is also something heartwarming about hearing/ seeing it on tv when you are far from home. like last week at the benfica game, it reminded me of CP, buckfast and mad weegies telling me how many jellies they had b4 the gem, happy days.

c'mon the hoops

Only heard this sung by the liverpool crowd once (it made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up) and we sang them delilah back, it was a great 10 mins.

They went onto to do us 8-0 but at least the pre match singing was quality.

the best one of those was the barca game, really powerful.

Best sing song I have evr had was in Valencia when the lights went out downstairs at Half Time there where about 15 of us started Viva la Quinte and in a matter of minutes there must have been about 300 Celtic fans belting out as the Spannish cops got a bit heavy ...

Adelante was the cry around the hillside ...
