I'm a night-owl. It's not a good habit but I try going to bed earlier and I can't sleep. Even if I go to bed now I won't be able to sleep so I just stay up until I feel really tired. I'm usually playing poker, talking on msn or browsing the net and forums. Usually sleep from 5/6am up until 1/2pm or whenever I'm woken by the phone!

My insomnia problem has been cured, I can now get to sleep by 2am each day , before it was about 4am. I am happy to get more time sleeping
