Poker and backpacking around the world

I usually read and not post but I thought this might be of interest to you.
I'm off travelling around the world with 2 mates in exactly 1 week and I couldnt live without poker for 7 months, so I'm taking the laptop with me and will play a decent amount as I go. I started with a $600 bankroll a few months back whilst preparing to go, and currently I've got $1700. I've written some posts already but they have mainly been poker related as there isnt much else to do or say until I go - for a little more background read my 1st post.
Once I'm away I will add more interesting pics etc. My bankroll will be used to add to the number of things I can do while I'm away and I'm obviously really excited about my little project.
If you would like to keep tabs on how its going the site is ************. I would appreciate all your support and I hope you find my site interesting, wish me luck!
Thanks all,
Lee

I forgot to mention that at times the pokerbackpacker site is difficult to add images to, so I run ************* along side it. If I cant work out how to add images to the main site while i'm away then I will direct all traffic to the wordpress blog.
Thanks for the message Longy
Cheers all,
Lee

Hmmmm, not sure why he is not allowed to post a link to his blog. Are you going to ask everyone who post their blog address in their tag line to remove it?

I think it's a first time poster thing. Creating a thread to link to a site.
Blog addresses in tag lines for forum users is kinda different. The mods are there to make common sense judgements.

His blog has links to online poker sites. people pay for the privilege of advertising on blonde, they wouldn't be too pleased if we allowed others to advertise for free,

Sorry Red Dog, I wasn't trying your patience, I didn't know the rules about links but I guess they make sense.
Dale, cheers for the message - playing 100NL is a temp thing as I know only too well about -20 buy in drops, Ive just come off the back of one at $50NL. I'm trying my luck at the mo as I'm on the up but am prepared to drop down as soon as i drop 4 or so buy ins. BUSTO is not something I want to happen. I would prob risk it if still in UK, but in Asia, a nice double up at $50NL or even a big pot is enough to fund a few nights out. Its all about the grind

No problem. If you want to copy and paste your stuff onto here (minus the links) please feel free.
