Looks like all advertising/promotional activity from sites allowing US players will be banned this year.  Given that this includes Stars and Full Tilt the ramifications could be fairly serious, given the numbers that they put into the events.

Sites which don't allow US players are unaffected by this ruling.

I heard this from some contacts I have based in Las Vegas.  A couple of relevant links are included below.
