I'm not prone to posting this stuff normally, but I need to excise the anger somewhere.

3 out of last 5 SNGs, aces cracked on the bubble. Once with 55, once with 77, the last time with 83.

Naturally, in the last game, after pilfering my chips, the same guy beat my trips after I called his all in on the turn and he hit his gutshot.

Best make that £2 then.

I hear u sir

I had aces cracked on the bubble the other nite,by AJ of all things...lol

of course I had some chips left, but went on instant tilt and bubbled....

Anyways it lead me to thinking being on the bubble ( p.s. i called his all in ),should i fold everything...n I do mean everything......maybe a lil gentle thieving....

but that apart, until the bubble bursts is folding the strategic answer??

I can answer this myself, being mulling this over in my dim heid for a few days now.....

No. No waiting. I thought about it the third time round - was chip leader and could have folded way into money. But if they'd held up, I'd have been big chip leader and as sure as possible of winning. Right decision, just unlucky. Not like it was a satellite...

And so it continues. 3 games without getting dealt AA, so couldn't get them cracked. Game no.4 - AA on what is essentially the bubble (1 stack down to 100 chips) and - yup - cracked by 33. Flush. All in pre flop, same as others. I can handle bad luck like a true man, but this is really just getting ridiculous.

£2.50. Where to, Bolt?

And today - for the 5th time in a row - when getting aces on bubble they get cracked. Pre flop all in. Wonder what the record is? Smiley
