I have no experience but from my viewpoint it would be great if you went away - if only just to stop me coming up against you at the tables!!  Wink

Nice to meet you at Southend though  Smiley

I believe that the agencies normally do all the visas etc, I think you are deemed to be working in the country the ship is registered to so visa's are not too much of a problem and as a day visitor going offshore you are not normally expected to provide anything apart from your passport.

meet you again soon,

Tracey

Depends where your cruising Mel , Most american cruise companies require american visas and the like, which are pretty easy to sort out. You also need to undertake a medical (usually at your own expense) as well as drugs tests etc.

i've never made the elap onto ships myslef  but know a lot of people who have so can help if you need more, seein a si have loads of time on my hands now i'm unemployeed lol

yeah, i'm guessing it will be on a royal caribean or carnival cruiser then. You need to get in contact with the US embassy and they will sort you out. Best bet is to get in touch with the company involved and ask them exactly whats required it can take a few weeks sometimes too. hope it all goes well tho
