"sadly for you, but fortunately for me, I have a photographic memory. I am being serious

I won a heat of Mastermind, two episodes of 15 to 1 and am in demand for pub quizzes, unsurprisingly

wasn't half useful when it came to academic exams either...I have 18 letters after my name"

Mr Tighty, someone pointed out to me (and I am sure you know who  Roll Eyes), that those 18 letters that you have after your name are:  photographic memory

And there was me believing that you really DID have 18 letters after your name  Grin

question for tightend...

Tom Dempsey of the New Orleans Saints, and Jason Elam of the Denver Broncos shared the official NFL record for longest field goal, at 63 yards. However, a fellow Bronco, Ola Kimrin, kicked a longer field goal in a preseason game. How many yards was the little-known Kimrin's amazing kick?

I am not going to lie to you rivered, I do not know the exact answer to this, and it would be wrong to google, but I do know this

Ola Kimrin is Swedish and is one of only as handful of Non American kickers to have played in the NFL. Two Brits, Mick Luckhurst and John Smith with the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots respectively, are amongst that number

Also, the punter position is an oddity in that it often attracted ex Aussie rules players...indeed two currently are on rosters. Mat McBriar of the Dallas Cowboys and Darren Bennet, recently of the Minnesotas Vikings

You may notice that two of the three longest kicks are for the Denver Broncos. This is logical as the Broncos play at Mile High Stadium, where of course (like the Mexico city Olympics and Bob Beamon) the ball travels further due to rareified air at altitude.

Ola Kimrin did not make it in the NFL..he was in training camps for the Broncos, Cowboys, Dolphins and one other whose name escapes me

Tom Dempsey was way back and I think, though I would have to check, kicked barefoot

Finally, I pride myself on making money on NFL games during the season...points totals, supremacies etc...it's a game which is reasonably predictable (few upsets) with regular scoring patterns.

Those UK bookies who do not use the Vegas line, habitually misprice games

Thanks rivered, an interesting question for me, if no one else!
