Just found this in a blog, I have always been a cash game player but occasionally play the odd tournament ... I think this sums up my views on MTTs better than I could ...

"what do tournaments and clubs have in common? Every once in awhile I feel like playing a tournament or going to a club and 90% of the time it ends the same way; me wondering why the fuck I wasted the past X hours of my life. However, that 10% of the time that it goes well keeps me coming back a few times per year."

I feel the same and I pretty much only play tournies!

SUch a waste of time when coming 30th out of 1,500 runners for the 100th tournie in a row only tripling the $20 buy in :/
