these are some snapshots i've found taken by an amateur american photographer at the turn of the last century. Just thought I'd share them, I find them fascinating.....a decisive moment over a 100 years ago.

This is great uncle tickety and the Edinburgh chain gang....that's adi-bob junior on the right...he won prizes for creative 'holstering'....
