I would take a night or two off each week mad to get some sleep.  Go to bed early and read a book.  I recommend 'Born on a blue day' by Daniel Tammet.  I got this out of the library yesterday afternoon and read it last night.  It is a horrible feeling going to work tired each day, your brain is tired as well for the whole day.

I remember a post by snoopy once where he commented on playing at night and then working during the day tired.

When I am tired I get a headache.  Did you know that people who suffer from headaches are less likely to get Alzheimer's disease.

get some sleep

I can't remember the last time I had a headache.

When i used to work and play poker i would often go through the night - then get up and into work about an hour early and sleep in a toilet cubicle. Used to do this on the lunch break too! Remember to set your phone alarm mind you! And try not to snore!

I have a mate that used to do similar sort of things, he obviously kipped in the loo from time to time, but he often went to the stationary cupboad for a kip but hold various items in his hand incase he was interupted!

I play late at night but am fortunate enough to have a job where I can turn up when I like if getting up early is too much for me that day.  Weekends aren't so good for me as I get up early with our daughter, but I still play a bit.  I play more during the week though so to spend some time at least with the family at the weekend.

It doesnt work very well and results in poor performance on the tables and at work. Get yourself a schedule and stick to it. If you really cant, you are probably a degenerate like most of us on here and you should work out how to make enough £ to go full-time.

Speak for yourself mug!

Ps, are you still working it out ? ? Wink Tongue

Yeah, starting to come good again, been grinding like a mofo at 1/2NL for too long. Move to 2/5 in 1 week, WHIPEE Smiley

Oh, and tell your old man congrats for last weeks final at that donkament.
