Standings after Event 6 in the blonde Virgin team challenge

It seems the cream does really rise to the top!
The two leading teams in the event so far, Team Lever and the Shortbread Dookers provided 6 of the 10 finalists tonight in a dramatic duel at dusk.
Team Lever in particular were looking at a fantastic night with 4 of the 5 team members running in the top 5 through the competition, and all reaching the final, where it went slightly wrong but still a tremendous performance, and great patience from in the belly and rookie to bring home high finishes.
However final tables from madasacantsingstand and Brad Strider kept the Dookers on top!
Winner of tonights comp was OfficePoker's Geo the Sarge, who dominated proceedings from a long way out
luckbox
from Brad Strider with Ginger in a creditable third from a short-stack all night.
Overall standings as follows:
Team Points Leading Player
1 Shortbread Dookers 239 brad strider
2 Team Lever 241 Colchester Kev
3 Dogs 302 Nakor
4 Bluffer 319 Bluffer
5 Team Silo 322 ripple
6 LOL Modaments 328 Jizzem
6= Team Office Poker 328 Dougzinho
8 King Poker 415 Andrew T
9 Ironside's Mugs 439 Hammerheid
10 Northernn Boys 499 Wardonkey
11 Whackers of the Bush 506 pooredward
12 Donkaments 571 Dewi Cool
It's going to take something special to catch the top two!!
Event 7 on blonde 8pm next Tuesday

great performance by both the two top teams tonight.
leverage had a chance to go ahead but things didnt quite go right on the final table.
but we still closed the gap and all to play for!
well played geo and well played dookers

Good fun again tonight wp George, and well played Lever mugs you were going really well for a long time tonight. It's going to be close, but whatever happens the league is worth playing just to jo in in the final table banter.
Did we mention we have a team song?

I really am failing to understand how four teams can be below us in the table.
We were a player short to begin with, then our captain pulled out because of technical problems meaning he couldn't play on Blonde, then his replacement can't play on Virgin, and Kingpoker has rugby practice on tournament nights.
When we get our collective shit together next month, you're all dead.

That's only because you're up against Team Lever.
If your teammates were Celine Dion, Jade Goody, Michael Barrymore and Osama Bin Laden you'd still be cheered from the rail if you were challenging Team Lever.
