Keep is an interesting word........forgot to give back is a better phrase I think - 1 set of handcuffs and key, two truncheons - man and womens - bigger and smaller to the uninitiated.
I keep these in the bedroom so that should I get a burglar I can hit them on the head - suffice to say when I moved house the sight of a truncheon and some vaseline (I had a really bad cold and it helped stop my nose go red) in one of my bedside drawers had the moving men in hysterics all day. When they eventually told me I was mortified.

lol yeah...that's an explanation I immediatly believe..sounds very plausible.."See I used to be a cop..now I stick a hose with running water up peoples bums but that's another story, anyways...I forgot to give all my stuff back and I keep it next to the vaseline because I have a cold..honest..I had even forgotten they were there...right next to the vaseline I use a lot for my cold...erm...yeah...that's it.
