blondepoker have just installed a new Menu Button on the home page, "Book Reviews".

We are in negotiations to commission a whole series of book reviews, starting pretty well immediately.

But one came to hand sooner than expected, and from a most unexpected source. It is, in my opinion, a quite beautiful, & original, type of Book Review, & I hope you will all take the time to read it.

Please do, I am sure you will appreciate it if you do & indeed appreciate it's Author's hidden talent.

What a great section Tikay.
I really enjoyed reading Snoopys views on this book, as he has a great writing style which really captivates the moment.
During the WCOOP main event on stars , I actually watched Greensteins table for a while (pre El Blondie table).
There was a guy on the rail questioning Greenstein about certain aspects of his book, which he didnt agree with.
Greenstein seemed a little bit offish, telling him, that he obviously wasnt ready to understand his book.

I noticed that Snoopy said he saw a photo of Actionjack in the book.
Sure it wasnt Mr Greenstein himself? I mean , has anyone actually saw Actionjack & Barry Greenstein in the same room together?

and I KNOW IT, yeah, there's a hell of a resemblence there, but it's definitley actionjack on the rail. Thx for the compliment by the way. I enjoyed writing it.

Yes, I have that book and I would say it is one of the weakest efforts I have come across.

Would make an intriguing review.

A review of UkPoker's book? We have no problem with that, so long as it's done from a "neutral" position.

I K I - yes, it seems we have, amongst our midst, a bit of a star in young spoony, I really did enjoy his review. Book Reviews CAN be so dry - we are not interested in "dry" writing.

Just seen on the news an item regarding this thread ...

Apparently Tikay was found in bed with Snoopy and they were indulging in a spot of man loving ... snoopy was clutching a 5 pound note whilst tikay was taking advantage of him, when interupted by the police, Tikay immediately blamed Dave Colclough ..saying " I asked dave how much we should pay Snoopy for the review, and Dave replied..... give him a fiver and screw him"

According to tikay it never did stand up, otherwise you'd both have been well gone before the police arrived.
