MSN Help please

Is there anyway to print of a convo from say last week,Iam sure this can be done,but don't know how to.

I have tryed from the top bar of the MSN box ..

view message history

But it comes up with..
None of your contacts have a message history saved on this computer.

It may be due to AOL,we have had problems before,with it not letting us open up things.

It needs to be setup to save conversations tools>options>messages, tick the box "automatically keep a history of conversations".
If it is unticked then it is gone i'm afraid
