So this weekend we are trialling a new feature for the live updates, "Text and Play" whereby players playing the event can text their progress direct to the live update

If you are playing, would be great if you help us test this, and lets see how it goes

All you need to do is text  "blonde" followed by your message to 07786 202 610

Mr and Mrs Beagle will filter out any naughty stuff, and the rest will appear in front of the update viewers' eyes for details of your progress straight from the horses mouth. Or donkey's mouth depending how its going.

Give it a go!

Cost per text:  Standard rate I think, but Bongo will edit this if its different, or to confirm. He's currently double checking

Just to confirm, the texts are all at standard rate.

Hi all

Texting is fine as long as it is away from the table.

A few weeks after we opened i was alerted to 2 players texting each other their cards , simple i delcared no phone calls or texts can be made at the table whether you are in a hand or not and no phones on the table.

Should you text at the table , the first time you text you will be asked to step away from the table , the second time if you are in a hand your hand will be declared dead and if not you will be given a time penalty.

This is done for the integrity of the game and should be respected.

Cheers and have a great weekend
