will be getting a laptop in the next few days and have been snooping around some websites trying to find the best deal- its more a low end deal I'd be looking for with a max spend of £350 but if theres a better deal at a lower price I would take. Right now the best deals I have seen are fujitsu and toshiba with 15" screen, 120GB hard drive, and theres a flip up of which is better- the fujitsu has 2048MB of RAM Memory and processor of 1.8GHz, but the toshiba has 1024MB of RAM with 1.73GHz BUT has a dual core processor- would this be faster??.

I'm just not too sure how the good the specs are-also theres a cheaper fujitsu with only 1024MB- is there a massive difference between 1024 an 2048?? I'm not a gamer or anything- just poker and surfing the web and downloading music.

any advice would be appreciated and if anyone knows where I can get a good/or better deal then feel free to let me know. I have also seen deals with less known brands but I think I'm looking to keep with reputatable brands unless can be convinced otherwise
