Holiday destination for February next year

Any ideas for a good holiday destination next February?
Weather needs to be good/hot
Suitable for children
And preferable villa/self catering but maybe a hotel would be ok.
Ideally want a beach type holiday with some culture thrown in.
There is two families with four children.
Last year we went to feurteventura which was great.

Any ideas much appreciated.
