Seems a lot of people forget about oil in these cars we have 6 of them at the moment all with duff engines.

Too late to put a reserve on it but worth bidding yourself and then getting your sister to end it early with you as winning bidder. Then ring up a local scrap collector and she should get at least £100 for it.

And maybe she should think about using a different garage!

Good news was she got £155 for it on ebay.

The bad news is the guy got in contact and she spent about £15 in phone calls trying to sort it out. He needed something to be disconnected to be able to tow it away, the garage said minimum £40 to do this on top of what he is already charging to look at it in the first place. She ended up getting in touch with a scrappy who is giving her £120.

So with ebay charges etc she might break even LOL
