I have set up a blonde league on www.bullbearings.co.uk for a stock market challenge on the FTSE.

Go to the website, sign up, and choose your league options on the right of the screen and search for "Blonde Poker Stock Challenge". Password is also "chiprich".

The league format isn't as fancy as the American one, there's no time limit, it'll just run for as long as needed. You can trade stocks, foreign exchange and contracts for difference as well as spread betting. You get £100,000 in each account to splash out as you please.

Get stuck in.

Story so far:

1   Grier              25005   87413   112418
2   Chip leader              99002   998   100000
2=   harassedlamp        100000   0   100000
2=   Laxie             100000   0   100000
5   redsimons dogs     4                   99572   99576

Sharplea and Laxie are going for the stick it all under the mattress trick, not such a bad idea in such a turbulent market.
