Desktop screen help required.
«

I like to play 4 STT's at a time, and on each table sit in a different 'corner' so I can allways see my hand regardless of the overlaps.
But sometimes, as hopefully the picture will show, one (or both) of the tables at the bottom of the screen tend to 'overlap' my start bar. This is not a major problem as I can rectify it by clicking on a visible bit of the start bar to make it go back 'underneath' the start bar. But it is frustrating me, my 'lock the startbar' icon is checked.
This problem only happens on Party (stars is as good as gold), has any one got any solutions I can try?
Many thanks.

Oops, sorry!
We DO have a Simon Hxxxxxxxxx who is a Member, & he's known as "Slo-Mo". Takes a while to act. Lovely fella though, he was the guy that first introduced me to Poker, about 5 years back, at Stanleys in Derby.

Try changing your screen resolution by right clicking desktop, properties, settings, and try setting it to 1152 x 864 or more.

I'm sure you have tried this, but I have my taskbar on auto-hide, so that it's not there at all unless I put my mouse to the bottom of the screen, then it appears again.
Also, might be worth checking that you have 'keep the taskbar on top of other windows' check-marked in the properties.
Changing the Screen resolution will probably work, but making the tables smaller makes me squint and leads to headaches (Sensible Mother-type moment!!)

You will need 1600*1200 resolution for no overlap. Which usually means your screen has to be a WUXGA screen.
Alternatively, you can use the new Party Beta software which allows you to adjust the size of each table you play on. Its an excellent piece of kit. You can donwload it

Just had a play with the table resizing in the Party Beta and it totally rocks - this sort of thing should have been in poker software right from the off.
