but then you go back to your prior point being, would these films have been as good if other actors had held the lead roles. Id say "pound for pound" Joe Pesci is the best actor ever in terms of "roles that other actors cant ever fill" because hes always just nailed so perfectly his roles, whereas a lot of deniro/pecino roles, they could so easily interchange each other.
i agree Pachino would of been terrible in Home Alone and 8 heads in a duffel bag
