easy fold - if villain is even just 1/2 sharp after your flop+turn bet even if he puts you on AQ he obviously thinks he has that beat...Any history between you guys snoopy that might explain is line and that he'd play AQ himself like this?

Oh yeah it is pretty awful check imo, gotta stick in a value bet on the river if you are villian.
