I think that's the same as a dandelion ain't it?  This thing is something you see in the summer, they're about the size of a golf ball and they float about..I used to catch them as a nipper cause my mum told me they were angels.  I was a gullible fool I know.  They're not the same as those seed things cause they have no steams.  They're weird floaty nameless bast*rds.
