Basketball is one of the few sports i have never been able to get into, i think its the fact that the act of scoring is not rare or special, which most sports have (though i suppose i like tennis). I watched a bit last night on Espn America (what used to be Nasn) and i was bored within 5 mins.
I have no time for the NBA, but do quite enjoy NCAA.
